Smoke Curtain 是 一 種 隱 蔽 式 擋 煙 屏 障. 它 無 論 在 正 常 的 供 電 情 況 下 或 任 何 電 源 切 掉 的 情 況 下, 都 能 以 自 重 力 並 在 速 度 受 控 下 (Gravity Fail Safe) 下 降. 由 於 這 種 獨 特 的 設 計, 就 算 一 幅 12 米 深 的 防 煙 簾 都 不 會 因 失 控 的 下 衝 力 而 危 害 物 業 使 用 者 的 安 全.
Smoke Curtain is a concealed, active smoke curtain containment system designed to descend at a safe speed either under powerç or gravity in the event of a total power failure or cabling corruption. Even barriers are up to 12 metres deep, cannot crash down and endanger occupants.

Delayed & split drop deployment controls offer safe escape as well as controls "gravity failsafe" or auto retract, to fully addressable local or remote monitoring systems, enabling easy integration with a dedicated fire and smoke alarm system.

Fire Curtain 是 以 管 狀 馬 達 推 動 並 通 過 接 收 消 防 信 號 來 操 作 的 自 動 防 火 卷 簾 門.
Fire Curtain is a model of Variable Speed Fire Curtains consists of a high quality, motor-driven, flexible fabric fire curtain, which automatically moves when triggered by an alarm.

通 過 嚴 謹 的 2 小 時 及 4 小 時 測 試, Fire Curtain 能 提 供 雙 向 性 火 源 的 防 火 保 護, 使逃 生 者 能 在 緊 急 情 況 下 在 簾 縫 中 或 卷 簾 下 逃 走.
The system offers 2 and 4 hour integrity fire curtain as a revolution in active fire separation. It is tested for fire resistance from either or both directions and it allows escape for occupants and entry for emergency services through and under the curtains.

Both fire curtains and smoke curtains are in accordance with BS & EN (where applicable) with variospeed "Gravity Failsafe" drive system which allows curtains to safety descend under gravity at controlled speeds. The product is locally recognized by the Macau Fire Department.
